Over all sorts of studies and tests throughout the years, biologists have successfully found the enigmas of life making for a journey of exploration and growth in the field. The only way progress is made in the biology world is through continual reassessment and adapting to our world's behaviors. This has led to fresh new revelations as well as some huge breakthroughs. The ongoing process that this is pushes our understanding and shapes the entire world around us.

World War II led to some real significant changes in agriculture and with that came changes in farming practices during this post-war era. With new technologies and advancements coming out in regards to farming techniques, productivity and efficiency was boosted a whole lot. The large-scale farms seemed to become dominant during this period of time, along with the rise of industrial agriculture. Having these new developments came concerns regarding the environmental impact that these developments had.

I feel the NOVA classification system has its advantages and disadvantages for modern lifestyles. It gives us valuable insights on what foods are beneficial and which foods have been harmful but are still to this day. What you eat is so important in a human's everyday life, and with the wrong foods someone may get sick or struggle throughout the day. Scientists have boiled it down to classifications based on their nutritional content and what actually makes the food. The NOVA food type has four food groups: unprocessed or minimally processed foods, processed culinary ingredients, processed foods, and ultra-processed foods and beverages. Having these classifications helps the buyers make the best decision on what food they choose to put in their bodies. It also promotes a healthy, but balanced diet for the consumer. Just by understanding this, we can all make better choices to benefit our overall health.
